From the interface to the architecture.

I'm Siva Narayana V — Siva NV. I've spent 15 years chasing one instinct: when something feels messy, manual, or fragile, there's a better system hiding underneath.

It started at Collabera on August 1, 2011, building early HTML5 for enterprises like Verizon — my first lesson in what "enterprise scale" actually means. At Cisco I learned super-enterprise craft: the story I still tell is taking a set-top-box program guide from 2 FPS to 60 FPS on an optimized Chromium build — making the impossible perform on hardware that had no business being fast. At InMobi I worked as an individual contributor on the AI team, building location-based adtech at scale.

Then came the intrapreneur decade: eight years at Unbxd (now Netcore), joining to build a brand-new vertical — PIM — from scratch inside a search company, and scaling it into Pepper-X, an AI-powered PaaS: ML attribute mapping, Kubernetes/Argo, marketplace integrations, and the full operating cycle from product and engineering to delivery, onboarding, and 24/7 support. As Co-Founder of SaaStify, I then built an end-to-end AI-ready ecommerce OS from the ground up in about a year — roughly 10× the scope — before stepping back as director (I remain co-founder).

Today the thesis drives everything: in an age where anyone can build with AI, the scarce skill is judgement — and trust is the differentiator. On August 1, 2026 — fifteen years to the day since that first day at Collabera — I began the new chapter: working as a Fractional CTO & Enterprise AI Architect, with three bets on the thesis — Miatz (a school of engineering judgement), Demystify Systems (privacy-first enterprise AI), and a selective mentorship cohort.
